Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Assist in driving sales growth by engaging with existing clients and re-establishing connections with former customers through proactive communication.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to clients via in-person interactions, phone inquiries, and email correspondence, addressing their needs regarding products, orders, warranties, and returns.
  • Order Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including order entry, payment processing, and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions.
  • Product Recommendations: Suggest alternative products based on customer requirements, availability, and pricing considerations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Monitor shipment schedules to guarantee timely deliveries and collaborate with various departments to expedite orders as necessary.
  • Customer Education: Inform clients about product features and benefits to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain adequate stock levels in the showroom.
  • Problem Resolution: Work closely with management to address customer issues effectively and in alignment with company policies.
  • Financial Transactions: Manage cash drawer operations, including end-of-day reconciliations and deposits.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitive trends and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with colleagues to ensure a cohesive work environment.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist with inventory counts and product movement as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales and a minimum of 2 years in customer service.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED; some college coursework is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications, strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
