Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a loyal customer base by focusing on meeting customer needs and building relationships.
  • Sales and Business Development: Directly sell to established customers and develop sales prospects within the Pacific region.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of the aluminum and stainless steel industries, including sales, customer relations, and processing.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate sales reports each week and submit them to management, as well as update client information in the company contact database.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineers, general contractors, and Inside Sales to ensure that bids and proposals are completed per customer requirements.
  • Sales Growth: Grow profitable sales within strategic and opportunistic growth segments.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales.
  • Quote Estimation and Conversion: Estimate quotes effectively for customer projects and convert opportunities into invoiced sales.
  • Market Intelligence: Research and provide competitive information regarding the aluminum and steel industry.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain key customers to ensure a continued base of profitable industrial business.

Compensation: $90,000 - $93,000
