Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Sales and Production team, you will provide administrative support and cross-functional communication to ensure seamless operations within our Digital Video Surveillance (DVS) office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate quotes for new and existing jobs, maintaining accurate records and processing invoices and applications.
  • Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales departments, as well as customers, to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Territory Sales Managers and Field Representatives as required, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Manage multiple tasks and work accurately with detailed information, ensuring timely completion of work orders and field tickets.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and analysis, maintaining all paperwork in an orderly manner.
Requirements
  • Three or more years' experience in a clerical or administrative background, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to coordinate workflow, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
