We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Representative to join our Construction Services Sales team at Power Plus. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our existing sales representatives in the Southern California market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives in the Southern California market.
- Identify, bid, and close new business opportunities in specific geographic markets.

- Follow up on outstanding quotes and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in on-site customer meetings and competitor site visits.
- Travel within the Southern California market five days a week.
Requirements:

- Proficiency in using MS Office suite and CRM tools to manage workload.
