Sales Development Representative

The Cary Company is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join their team in New York. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our container, packaging, and filtration product lines across the region. This exciting opportunity involves managing a diverse range of accounts in a dynamic market, offering an excellent chance to contribute to our continued growth.
About the Role
This role requires a self-directed and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in sales and a proven ability to build relationships with customers. You will conduct weekly sales calls, close new business, and ensure that all accounts in your area receive the necessary resources. A strong understanding of our product line and technology is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be a positive and optimistic person who can effectively negotiate and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will reside in New York and have a strong network of contacts within the industry.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a college degree or equivalent experience, as well as a strong background in sales. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of our product line and technology, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will reside in New York and have a strong network of contacts within the industry.
