Job Summary

Centers, LLC is a professional management firm specializing in facility, operation, and program management for higher education. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Services
    • Provide patrons, prospective members, and guests with accurate information and assistance.
    • Review membership applications and train Customer Service and Member Service Representatives on processes.
  • Application Review
    • Assist with reviewing applications for membership, parking passes, and other services.
    • Scan applications into the CSI NG database for future reference.
  • Parking Services
    • Review parking pass applications and UDFs in CSI NG.
    • Fax parking pass applications to Parking & Transportation Services on a weekly basis.
    • Communicate with the Member & Guest Services Coordinator and Parking & Transportation Services to determine eligibility for Recreation Center parking passes.
  • CSI NG Administration
    • Properly enter student, guest, prospect, and member information into the CSI NG database.
    • Document all access and CSI NG issues.
    • Send out various member emails, including new member welcome messages and membership renewals.
  • Administrative Responsibilities
    • Communicate with the Graduate Supervisor of Member & Guest Services.
    • Attend staff meetings and trainings hosted by Campus Recreation Services.
    • Order, activate, and audit recreation cards for non-affiliate members.
    • Organize locker clean outs for the Mens Locker Room and Womens Locker Room and in CSI NG.
    • File all forms in the appropriate areas at the end of each shift.
    • Monitor the intranet for announcements and resolution of issues affecting MGS staff.
    • Perform other duties as required.
    Requirements
    • Must be actively seeking a degree.
    • Ability and willingness to enforce policies and handle conflict.
    • Strong customer service skills and basic knowledge of computer skills.
    • Ability to handle several tasks at once with frequent interruption.
    • Ability to be certified in CPR/AED/FA through the American Red Cross.
    Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Member Services Representative will work in an office environment/fitness center environment with moderate to loud noise. The physical demands of the job include sitting at a desk or table for at least 60% of the workday, repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement, occasional bending, stooping, eye-hand coordination, hearing, and talking.
