Job Description:

Job Title: Project Manager - Primavera Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Primavera P6 System Administrator to provide administrative support services across the Primavera P6 product, including project planning, construction planning, planning engineer, and project scheduler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support services across the Primavera P6 product
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Create schedules, allocate resources, and establish timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress, update schedules, and make adjustments as needed


Requirements:

Experience: At least five (5) years of experience with Primavera P6 support services, experience working within a Federal Government contract for technical services delivery, experience with using Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint, Kanban, and other industry tools, experience with SAFe/Agile and SCRUM delivery methodology, experience in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Additional Requirements: Advanced communication skills with experience in executive level presentations, work well in a team-oriented, IPD (Integrated Project) delivery model, self-motivated and desire to always deliver with excellence, organized with the ability to multitask, high attention to detail, clear communication skills, ability to operate independently, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, US Citizenship, ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening
