Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with oversight of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing. Establish and monitor project control activities across multiple projects. Assist with administrative tasks, such as setting up project folders, schedules, process documentation, and reporting. Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders to gather data, address inquiries, and support report writing. Track issues, capture resolutions, and document communications. Coordinate dissemination of project-related publications and collateral using print and electronic media. Assist in maintaining National Health Leadership Council members, including membership renewals, contact list maintenance, and scheduling bi-annual meetings. Maintain project management system and prepare regular reports. Schedule internal and external meetings, develop agendas, record minutes, summarize action items, and perform other administrative duties as required.

Skills Required:

Proven analytical problem-solving ability. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Effective performance in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without formal authority. Team-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering results in demanding environments.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in business, training, or project management, or 6 years of equivalent experience. Previous experience with project management software, such as Wrike. PC proficiency includes Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
