Job Summary:

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled Project Workstream Lead to support a National Security client with execution of IT project management initiatives, projects, and objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate as part of the program management office (PMO) team to manage and enhance business processes, facilitate meetings, develop client communications and reports, and deliver solutions to complex program management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance business processes to support IT project management initiatives
  • Facilitate meetings and develop client communications and reports
  • Deliver solutions to complex program management challenges
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a variety of project environments
  • Experience working with and briefing senior level government stakeholders
  • Ability to gather or create requirements and metrics to address client questions and needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:
  • Active and maintained Top Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three or more years of experience supporting PMO related projects or initiatives
  • Ability to work on client site in Washington D.C. a minimum of three days a week
