Job Summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation of proposal development and project documentation, tracking and reporting on financial health, and providing updates to stakeholders on project status.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis

Assist in the preparation of proposal development and project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.

Financial Reporting and Tracking

Track and report on financial health of projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and financial performance.

Financial Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, identifying and mitigating financial risks to the organization.

Financial Analysis and Forecasting

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders on financial performance and future projections.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerBI.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting, proposal development and submission, and contract and budget management.
