Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level, full-time DME Coordinator to join our team in the Tri Cities, WA territory. This position requires frequent driving (5-40% of the time) and involves providing daily inventory management, product stocking, and communication with clinical staff to ensure proper documentation for billable episodes of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily inventory and product stocking to ensure medical centers have necessary products for treatment.
  • Communicate with clinical staff to receive proper documentation for billable episodes of care.
  • Perform measurement and application of orthopedic soft good devices, such as CPMs, knee orthoses, spinal bracing, and ankle-foot orthotics.
  • Screen calls and emails regarding patient status and report potential problems to respective physicians and care providers.
  • Act as a resource to nursing and therapy staff, providing in-service training as needed.
  • Work under supervision of nursing and therapy staff to provide care and service to patients and their families.
  • Document all care provided to patients and report changes in patient condition in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with nurses and team members to organize and prioritize functions necessary for patient care delivery.
  • Adhere to Medical Center policies and procedures, as well as core values.
  • Participate in a call rotation with the territory team to service hospitals on weekends and after hours.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to drive 5-40% of the time for this position

This position offers a competitive compensation range of $36,000-$50,000 annually, with an expense reimbursement for eligible driving expenses.
