- Confirm insurance details, gather referrals and authorizations, and document necessary information accurately.
- Ensure precision in patient scheduling, documentation, and follow-up processes.
- Reiterate essential information when taking messages to avoid misunderstandings.
- Work to maintain customer satisfaction and collaborate with other teams as required.
- Conduct problem analysis and determine solutions to assist callers effectively.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
