Job Overview

The Account Executive plays a crucial role in creating leads and opportunities by profiling prospects. This position requires a strong understanding of client needs and a ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Qualify prospective clients and educate them on potential benefits and how self-directed IRAs work for investment strategies
  • Assist in completion of account open documentation and cross-sell applicable accounts and products
  • Support house accounts and complete applications collected at events
  • Meet sales objectives and business results as established by Sales leadership
  • Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly business goals
  • Obtain and follow up with referrals and create leads using Salesforce and document all interactions
  • Update profile section of lead record as applicable and interface with onboarding team to ensure accounts are opened and funded efficiently
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of work experience in a client-driven environment
  • Minimum one (1) year of sales experience preferred
