Account Executive II

The Account Executive plays a crucial role in creating leads and opportunities by profiling prospects. This position requires a full-time schedule in-office and involves making outbound phone calls to leads with current and past interest.
Responsibilities and Duties- Qualify prospective clients and educate them on potential benefits and how self-directed IRAs work for investment strategies.
- Assist in completion of account open documentation and cross-sell applicable accounts and products.
- Support house accounts and complete applications collected at events.
- Meet sales objectives and business results as established by Sales leadership.
- Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly business goals.
- Obtain and follow up with referrals.
- Create leads using Salesforce and document all interactions.
- Update profile section of lead record as applicable.
- Interface with onboarding team to ensure accounts are opened and funded efficiently.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of work experience in a client-driven environment.
- Minimum one (1) year of sales experience preferred.

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
