Job Title: Front Desk Agent

At One Steamboat Place, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and owners, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient front desk services, handling guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
  • Answer telephones, respond to emails, and manage guest communications in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage guest billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the property, local events, and activities, making recommendations to guests and owners.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, owners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
