Regional Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Tournesol Siteworks as a Regional Business Development Manager. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with architects, designers, and builders in the South Central Region.
You will be responsible for promoting Tournesol products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing technical sales support to design customers. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the South Central Region
- Promote Tournesol products and services through formal presentations and sales calls
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the region
- Provide technical sales support to design customers
- Collaborate with other members of the Sales Team to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the region
