About the Role

Credit Acceptance Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Insurance Department, you will play a critical role in resolving insurance claims and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve claims and address any issues that may arise.
  • Process and manage a high volume of insurance claims, including reviewing and analyzing documentation, making decisions, and taking action as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless claim resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal claim resolution.
Requirements
  • 1 year minimum experience in customer service and/or collections in a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the finance or automotive industry.
  • Experience in Insurance/Claims processing.
  • Experience working with collection systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
