Your Responsibilities

As a Technology Integration Consultant, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve a smooth integration of advanced technology and business strategies. Your primary goal will be to provide an impeccable setup, installation, and training experience. You will build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through initial access, data migration, and process documentation. You will serve as the primary resource for addressing system-related inquiries and delivering exceptional support.
  • Oversee the configuration and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients' selected or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
  • Take a leading role in testing and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot the functionality of installed systems; identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams for resolution.
  • Provide insights based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for enhancements in products and processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting software with external clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong capability to translate business challenges into systems and operational solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision-making; demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
  • Willingness to travel between 30-50% of the time.
  • Experience in the transportation sector.
