Position Summary
The District Manager is accountable for overseeing all operations within the designated Planet Fitness locations across a specific district. This role encompasses managing between 3 to 8 fitness clubs, with direct supervision of Club Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure a superior and uniform customer experience across all fitness centers within the district.
  2. Analyze club performance metrics to develop corrective action strategies in collaboration with Club Managers.
  3. Maintain operational uniformity across all clubs in the district, focusing on:
    1. Exceptional Member Experience
    2. Adherence to Planet Fitness and PF Baseline Fitness brand standards
    3. Club Cleanliness
    4. Implementation of Member and HR Policies
    5. Payroll Management
    6. Front Desk Operations
    7. Facility Maintenance and Repairs
    8. Vendor Relations and Inventory Management
  4. Oversee the recruitment, coaching, development, performance reviews, and potential disciplinary measures for Club Managers within the district.
  5. Foster and train staff to prepare them for future Club Manager roles.
  6. Conduct monthly inspections of club facilities and complete performance bonus assessments for Club Managers.
  7. Facilitate effective communication with all operational staff within the district, ensuring regular updates with Club Managers.
  8. Coordinate and manage District PE at PF initiatives, including assistance with hiring, training, and weekly planning. Monitor class attendance weekly and maintain monthly Trainer Calls.
  9. Guarantee the seamless operation of all locations within the district, which may involve stepping in as Club Manager when necessary.
  10. Address all incoming complaints and feedback from district locations.
