Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership across key operational areas including Front End Management, Convenience Store Operations, Facility Oversight, Labor Scheduling, Pricing and Inventory Management, Project Coordination, and Loss Prevention.
  • Mentor and develop your team to ensure exceptional execution and customer service.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of personalized development plans for all team members.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels in alignment with budgetary constraints and customer demands.
  • Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and manage the performance of all team members.
  • Monitor and manage store wage and expense control initiatives.
  • Work with the General Manager and human resources to identify and address budget variances.
  • Ensure compliance with cash management policies and procedures.
  • Administer the Fleet Rewards Visa, Store Credit Card, and Loyalty Program.
  • Provide guidance on customer-related issues as necessary.
  • Partner with the Loss Prevention Lead to implement strategies aimed at reducing shrinkage through education and compliance.
  • Promote customer loyalty programs and other company initiatives effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and foster relationships in a dynamic setting.
  • Ability to motivate a diverse team of full-time and part-time employees.
  • Demonstrated capacity to make decisive actions, plan, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and adapt to change.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
