WIS International is seeking a dynamic Inventory Operations Assistant Manager to oversee and optimize inventory operations within our growing organization.

As an Assistant Manager, you will lead a team of inventory professionals during inventory events, ensuring efficient and accurate execution. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, organizing, coordinating, and driving the success of these critical operations.

Position Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or an equivalent of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a retail, inventory, or warehouse position, that exhibits professionalism, a sense of urgency, soft skills, and the strong ability to work with others.
  • Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing talent for future bench strength.
  • Assures solid in-event financial results through proper payroll management, expense control, and a focus on growing employee performance to increase production.
  • Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening, and/or MVR check.
  • A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on the District or Region's needs.

Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent travel via automobile and air and the ability to adapt to changing working conditions, such as standing and sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts regularly.
