Sales and Business Growth Specialist

At Multiverse Aerospace Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales/Business Development professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Forecasting: Track monthly results and trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Sales Strategy: Establish and achieve sales goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Resolve escalated customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in aviation sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve sales goals.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Quantum Component Control (1 or more years experience), with a strong understanding of its capabilities and applications.
