Administrative Director for Business Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to CEO, who will drive process improvement and support business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Offer Tennessee.
The successful applicant will be responsible for building and implementing systems and organization, creating order out of chaos. They will also create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
- Develop and maintain financial systems, including working with our bookkeeper, paying bills, handling payroll, assuring commission collection, and maintaining the budget
- Implement systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, client retention and care, information management, and back-office support
A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses, flexible hours, opportunities to work-from-home, and professional development stipend.
