Position Overview:

As a Korean Bilingual Inbound Logistic Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying potential risks during contract finalization and business execution, and developing strategies to mitigate them.

• Resolving challenges through strong relationships with shipping and execution partners, ensuring competitive transportation resources and rates. This involves tracking delivery progress from ocean shipping vessels to final destinations.

• Creating simple tools for regular shipment status monitoring and reporting to management, clients, and headquarters.

• Analyzing data to identify and address issues affecting seamless logistics movement, collaborating with relevant parties for resolution.

• Monthly analysis and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to drayage deliveries.

• Compiling delivery status reports and sharing them with clients.

• Developing plans for innovative initiatives at various locations, assessing logistics costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Identifying operational challenges at locations and establishing solutions, along with inspection standards for different logistics types, including warehousing and inland transportation.

• Establishing communication channels and regular meetings with carriers, shipping service lines, clients, and internal teams.

• Conducting ad-hoc reporting as necessary.

• Performing additional job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in logistics, particularly in ocean imports, is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to complete tasks efficiently.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office products, with advanced Excel capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Willingness to undertake other assigned duties.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
