Mail Services Coordinator

The Mail Services Coordinator will provide timely and accurate incoming and outgoing mail services to Goodwill Industries of Central Texas employees internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
- Meet production standards for stamping mail, including date stamping and separation of documents.
- Process mail on postage meters and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Provide movement of materials throughout the agency and ensure mail is delivered correctly to addresses.
- Knowledgeable and able to send and receive fax messages relating to medical records.
- Maintain tracking logs for accountable mail.
Requirements:
- Previous mail room experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Ability to follow direction and adhere to deadlines.
