Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
• Process new business applications and maintain accurate records
• Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a client service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
