Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and correspondence
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment
  • Provide administrative support to staff and patients
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • 1-year experience in an administrative role
