Technical Support Engineer Level 2

We are seeking a skilled Frontline Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Tek Experts. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Prioritize cases according to Service Level Agreements and customer status.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
  • Escalate critical situations to management or Tier 2 support as needed.
  • Participate in team training and knowledge sharing to enhance product expertise.
Requirements:
  • English language proficiency (B2 level).
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems, web servers, application servers, virtualization technologies, directory servers, databases, networking, and software development concepts.
  • Previous experience supporting Carbon Black or IMS products is a plus.
