Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Leidos is a leading provider of advanced technology solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) team, providing technical support and expertise to our customers in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Leidos SES equipment and systems
  • Collaborate with field service teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours technical support as needed
  • Travel to customer sites to resolve escalated technical issues
Requirements:
  • Current U.S. citizenship and valid U.S. passport
  • AS degree or equivalent experience in electronics or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in field service environments
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Computer networking knowledge and experience with Leidos SES equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience working on Leidos SES equipment
  • Software integration experience with electric/mechanical equipment
What We Offer:

Leidos offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
