Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

A Fortune 500 employer is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join their team and contribute to major initiatives and projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their technical support skills in an enterprise-level environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working onsite and have a strong background in technical support, including recent Tier 2 experience and proficiency in Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, desktop support, mobile device management, and ITIL. Additionally, experience with Mac operating systems is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous technical support experience
  • Recent Tier 2 experience
  • Proficiency in Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, desktop support, mobile device management, and ITIL
  • Experience with Mac operating systems
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ and Network +
