Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, communication, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with the operations of our internal networks and support our professional staff
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a logical and efficient manner
  • Produce technical documents and deliverables as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong technical background, including experience in a Windows environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of networking, client/server technologies, LAN/WAN, and desktop operating systems
