Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a full-time contract role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located at our client's office in Manhattan, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering help desk support to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers
  • Offer help desk support to ensure smooth IT operations
  • Utilize configuration management tools, including Jamf and Microsoft Intune
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies
Requirements:
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Desktop Computers and Information Technology knowledge
  • Experience in Help Desk Support
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
What We Offer:
