Job Summary:

Sunrise Systems is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and quality technical support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and resolutions using a Helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Update inventory and install and move desktop equipment as needed.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of quality technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Manage help desk personnel and develop policies and procedures governing how to troubleshoot IT issues.
  • Assess new products or services and suggest enhancements to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and technologies.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.
