Job Title: Nurse Manager, Patient Safety

At CRICO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Clinical Coding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the coding activities and services for our clients, ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Nurse Coders, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality coding services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their coding needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance coding efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate progress and status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of our clinical coding application.
Requirements:
  • Nursing degree or hospital case management experience required; Master's preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of clinical background in healthcare.
  • 3+ years of nursing leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and coding tools.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare organizations and clinical risk management.
