Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Implement and maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as tax schedules and returns.
  • Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
  • Implement and monitor the company's financial policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze financial data for strategic decision-making purposes.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to develop their skills and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate activities with external auditors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in banking and financial software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
