Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations within a dynamic distribution organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Location: New Brunswick NJ
  • Salary: $80-90K range
  • Manage a team of three direct reports, including one Accounts Receivable and two Accounts Payable professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and participate in month-end closing processes.
  • Engage in consolidated reporting, budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Lead year-end financial audits and maintain accurate financial reporting.
  • Report directly to the Controller and collaborate closely with the CFO.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial role, preferably within a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • A degree in finance or accounting is required.
  • Hands-on experience with financial management and reporting.
  • Proficient in compliance reporting for term notes and Asset-Based Lending (ABL).
