We are seeking a highly skilled HR Recruiter and Administrative Specialist to join our team at Excel Medical Center. This dynamic position requires a strong background in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee support, and administrative tasks.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Recruiter and Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees, management, and medical staff
  • Supporting the Director of HR in various administrative tasks
  • Serving as the primary recruiter for key front office and clinical positions
  • Coordinating employee service events and responding to inquiries about benefits
  • Managing unemployment claims and employment verification processes
  • Auditing and updating HRIS systems and application tracking software
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in HR office software and HRIS systems
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and regional cost of living factors.
