About the Role

Firstbase is seeking a seasoned growth leader to spearhead our user acquisition and growth efforts. As the Head of Growth and Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, driving paid marketing initiatives, and overseeing organic efforts. Your expertise will be crucial in building and scaling our marketing team, driving demand forecasting, and partnering with business operations to inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy that drives user acquisition and retention
  • Lead paid marketing initiatives, including PPC campaign management and content creation
  • Oversee organic efforts, including social media and content marketing
  • Build and scale the marketing team, driving demand forecasting and planning
  • Partner with business operations to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth leadership, preferably in a growth-stage company
  • Proven track record of finding unconventional ways to approach customer acquisition
  • Experience in scaling marketing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong expertise in PPC campaign management and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
