Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at JointVentureZ. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold and Warm Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with businesses to schedule appointments, qualify leads, and close deals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on businesses to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from outreach to closing, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Networking and Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate new business partnerships through networking and relationship-building.
  • Product Presentation and Sales: Present our innovative solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track sales pipeline, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
  • Agreement Negotiation and Record-Keeping: Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and data.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence across the country.
  • Self-Management and Autonomy: Work independently, managing time and priorities to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Cold Call Skills: Possess strong cold call skills, with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience as a strong sales professional, with a track record of success in sales.
  • Market Research and Sales Principles: Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of CRM software (e.g. GoHighLevel) a plus.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly.
  • Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Enthusiasm and Passion: A genuine enthusiasm and passion for sales and business development.
  • Knowledge of Psychology and Marketing: Knowledge of psychology and marketing principles a plus.
  • Cannabis Industry Experience: Experience in the cannabis industry a plus, but not required.
  • Character and Integrity: Possess excellent character, including honesty, humility, willingness to learn, loyalty, dedication, and transparency.
  • Resilience and Growth Mindset: Demonstrate resilience and a positive, growth mindset.
