We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating revenue and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Global Sales Representatives and Field/Inside Sales Reps to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our High Complexity TSS team to ensure seamless execution of onboard programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies and international entities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and one year of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the travel industry.
  • Ability to travel and participate in in-person sales calls as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the cruise line or travel industry.
