We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating revenue and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Global Sales Representatives and Field/Inside Sales Reps to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our High Complexity TSS team to ensure seamless execution of onboard programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies and international entities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and one year of related experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the travel industry.
- Ability to travel and participate in in-person sales calls as required.
- Previous experience in the cruise line or travel industry.
