About the Position

The AEG Ticket Sales Team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Executive. The Sales Executive position is an incredible opportunity to start a sales career in the sports industry with an organization committed to professional growth and career development. Sales Executives experience every aspect of the ticket sales operation in addition to a 360-degree view of the organization, while developing the skill set needed to succeed in the sports industry through recurring sales and product training. The ideal candidate is passionate about starting a sales career in the sports industry, possesses a strong work ethic, can battle through adversity, and has the determination to succeed in an ultra-competitive, fast-paced, and highly rewarding work environment.

Job Summary
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build new relationships by self-prospecting, cold calling, and effective campaign management.
  • Meet face-to-face with new and existing clients/prospects with the goal of procuring sales.
  • Generate new sales leads through prospecting and networking events.
  • Grow and prospect Season Ticket holders.
  • Grow and prospect Group Ticket accounts.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly overall sales and revenue goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
  • Attend all AEG home games and contribute to all in-game sales related activities.
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and clients through CRM software.
  • Maintain accurate notes through CRM software for leads and sales tracking.
  • Contribute positively to the sales team culture by developing collaborative relationships with all team members.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferred.
  • Bilingual, Spanish & English, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ticketing systems and CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including all home games, non-game day events, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
