Institutional Sales Executive

Tradesmen International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Institutional Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the government, education, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the institutional market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the institutional sector
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the institutional sector
- Strong business development skills, with a focus on opening new customers and growing existing relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in standard computer software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
