Job Title: Institutional Account Executive

Tradesmen International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Institutional Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the government, education, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the institutional market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the institutional sector
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the institutional sector
  • Strong business development skills, with a focus on opening new customers and growing existing relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in standard computer software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
