Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant to a successful real estate agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth business operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize client communication systems
  • Coordinate listing management, including vendor coordination and property preparation
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation
  • Plan and execute client events and open houses
  • Handle administrative tasks such as email management, database updates, and document preparation
  • Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures
  • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn real estate-specific software
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Proficiency using Canva or similar type tools to create marketing materials
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not required
