We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator/Operations Manager to join our team at OnTrack Realty. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our real estate agents, including managing calendars, communication, and client relationships.
- Monitor and respond to incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with clients.
- Develop and implement action plans to acquire new transactions for the brokerage, working closely with agents and clients.
- Maintain accurate records and data in our CRM system, Follow Up Boss.
- Train new agents on the use of Follow Up Boss and other CRM systems.
- Manage the OnTrack Realty Facebook group, ensuring timely and engaging content.
- Schedule showings and conduct research on new construction developments.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative and residential real estate, with a preference for experience with Follow Up Boss and other CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive personality.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity.
