Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendar and emails of the Corporate Broker/Managing Partner
  • Screen clients and complete initial intake forms
  • Research and suggest property listings based on client needs
  • Organize and maintain contractual documents
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Schedule appointments and travel arrangements
  • Utilize transaction management software for compliance
  • Engage with external brokers for listing confirmations
  • Assist with marketing and social media initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate events
  • Maintain a tidy office environment
  • Continuously assess procedures for improvement
  • Learn and apply commercial real estate terminology
  • Prepare weekly reports for operational meetings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in real estate
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Experience in sales and lead generation (2-4 years)
