Senior Benefits Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to support our client in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and oversee benefits initiatives.
- Offer expert advice to employees and management on matters related to benefits, including health care, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and retirement plans.
- Analyze benefits trends and propose enhancements to existing programs.
- Manage the open enrollment cycle, which includes creating presentations, facilitating communications, negotiating with vendors, and improving systems.
- Act as the authority on benefits-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee vendor relationships, addressing administrative issues, and managing invoicing and reporting processes.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance and reporting obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in benefits administration, with a strong emphasis on designing and managing benefits programs.
- Previous experience with international benefits is highly desirable.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Employees have the flexibility to select coverage that best suits their individual needs. Paid leave options may include Sick Leave as mandated by law, along with any other paid leave required by federal, state, or local regulations, and holiday pay based on eligibility criteria.
Compensation Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
