LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support our client in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee employee benefits programs.
- Offer expert advice to staff and management regarding benefits issues, including health insurance, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and retirement plans.
- Analyze benefits trends and propose enhancements to existing programs.
- Manage the open enrollment process, which includes creating presentations, communicating with employees, negotiating with vendors, and improving systems.
- Act as the authority on benefits-related laws, regulations, and compliance matters.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, addressing administrative challenges, and overseeing invoicing and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance and reporting obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration, focusing on the design and management of benefits programs.
- Experience with international benefits is highly desirable.
Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annually
Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, an Employee Assistance Program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Employees have the flexibility to select coverage that best suits their needs. Paid leave options may include Sick Leave as mandated by law, other federally or locally required paid leave, and holiday pay based on eligibility.
