Our Receiving Specialists are tasked with a variety of responsibilities related to receiving and merchandise processing, including but not limited to:

  • Assessing and enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the receiving operations.
  • Ensuring accurate check-in, ticketing, hanging, folding, tagging, and distribution of merchandise to the appropriate staging or sales floor areas on a daily basis.
  • Accurately entering all receiving data into the Store Receiving and Transfer (SRT) System and Manager's Workstation in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining all receiving documentation and records.
  • Timely and precise processing of all RTVs, transfers, and damaged goods in accordance with company protocols.
  • Implementing proper receiving procedures to mitigate and control inventory discrepancies.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders to access merchandise or supplies.
