As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patient records for office appointments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter information into the electronic health record, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Room patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience, and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably with EPIC experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Word.
