Vatica Health is in search of highly organized and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Healthcare Operations Coordinator. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess the ability to adapt quickly.

The Healthcare Operations Coordinator collaborates with our provider partners and clinical teams to enhance practice workflows and achieve a high level of engagement within the office.

This role involves close cooperation with various internal departments, including Clinical Consultants, Schedulers, and Operations, to effectively manage patient and provider interactions.

The ultimate goal of the Healthcare Operations Coordinator is to boost practice engagement rates by maintaining comprehensive practice rosters and ensuring that every active patient receives a visit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit provider offices to facilitate Medical Record transfers
• Collaborate with Clinical Consultants to pinpoint practice workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Work with practices to generate reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Organize and reconcile patient lists
• Coordinate with Operations and Payer to confirm patient eligibility
• Maintain scheduling templates for all practices
• Track and manage a list of patients requiring rescheduling and work with internal teams and clients to secure new appointments
• Create visit templates in the application and manage rosters at each site (schedule reconciliation)
• Experience with various EMR systems
• Administrative experience in provider offices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask
• Willingness to travel to provider offices up to five days a week

The compensation for this position is influenced by various factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The estimated salary range for this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 annually, reflecting one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package.
